EFFEKT welcomes Kasper Ellegaard to lead impact assessment

We are excited to welcome Kasper Ellegaard to EFFEKT to strengthen impact assessment across our projects from early stage R&D to specific design solutions, onsite implementation and operations.

Kasper will play a central role in further operationalizing EFFEKT’s long-standing mission to assess, shape, and evaluate our projects based on the positive impact they have on the communities and environments they serve.

His expertise lies in:

  • Measuring and evaluating total project impact, from LCA and biodiversity to social outcomes.

  • Translating ambitious sustainability visions into concrete, actionable, and measurable plans.

  • Supporting design teams in integrating sustainable materials, technologies, and methods.

  • Using data to guide design decisions and document the real value created.

Kasper describes his role as a bridge-builder working closely with our clients, design teams and R&D to ensure impact is fully integrated from the earliest sketches to the finished project.

Kasper brings a rare combination of hands-on building experience and strategic insight. With a background as both a carpenter and construction manager, he has a deep, practical understanding of the realities of the building industry. He has complemented this with an MSc in Change Management and Construction Informatics, equipping him to bridge the gap between ambitious sustainability visions and the concrete realities of the design studio and construction site.

With Kasper on board, we look forward to strengthening our work with impact assessment and further advancing our mission to transform complex, real-world challenges into designs that leave a lasting positive impact.
