We are proud to announce that EFFEKT – together with Artelia and Urbangoods – has been selected for Aarhus Municipality’s three-year framework agreement on Bystrategisk Rådgivning (Urban Strategic Advisory), with the possibility of extension for one more year.

The framework covers overall planning and development of major urban areas in Aarhus. This includes everything from citizen and stakeholder engagement to interdisciplinary project development, strategic steering of urban development processes, and translating political ambitions into concrete physical solutions. The agreement also entails preparation of development plans, scenario studies, and analyses across urban, infrastructural, economic, and demographic conditions – forming the foundation for future projects in areas such as Aarhus Ø, Lisbjerg, Sydhavnskvarteret, Godsbanearealerne and beyond.

EFFEKT was selected for the framework agreement based on our extensive expertise in developing large-scale urban development plans, conducting strategic urban analyses, and mapping planning constraints. Combined with proven project management skills and long-standing experience advising municipalities and public authorities, we offer a team uniquely positioned to navigate the complexities of city-scale transformation and deliver high-quality, future-ready solutions.
