On Wednesday, 27 August, Fabian Lecker will co-lead Paths Toward a Connected Future together with Jana Volkmann (Writer) and Jon Alexander (Co-Founder: New Citizen Project) at the Forum.

The workshop invites participants to rethink Europe’s climate and energy future through repair, care, and reuse, using artistic methods in dialogue with scientific expertise.

Together the participants will:
– Explore demolition as both a physical and ideological challenge
– Develop speculative alternatives through art, storytelling, and design
– Investigate what “repair” looks like - not just materially, but culturally, socially, and politically.

The European Forum Alpbach brings together young people from across the world with leading voices from politics, business, science, culture, and civil society to shape ideas for a strong and democratic Europe.
