On 26 September, we unveiled the new vision for Haraldsgadekvarteret, a plan that reimagines streets, squares, and connections to bring the neighbourhood’s identity and contrasts to life.
EFFEKT partner Tina Lund Højgaard introduced the vision, developed in close collaboration with Københavns Kommune, Artelia Denmark, residents, landowners, and advisors. Copenhagen City Architect Lars Jensen joined a panel discussion with local voices, and attendees explored the district on a guided walking tour, seeing first-hand the transformations already underway.
Highlights include Lersø Parkallé and Sifs Plads, where design concepts create new green links between Fælledparken and Utterslev Mose, turning underused streets into vibrant, light-filled, community spaces.
The event brought together expertise, local insight, and real-life exploration, a concrete step toward a Haraldsgadekvarteret that’s alive, connected, and ready for the future.
