We are proud to share that Bülowsvej 27–29 has received an Honourable Mention in the category Sustainable Quality as part of Frederiksberg Municipality’s awards celebrating outstanding facades and urban spaces.

Originally home to the State Veterinary Serum Laboratory, the historic building has been carefully transformed into 18 contemporary apartments, preserving its architectural character while introducing new qualities and spaces for modern living.

The transformation respects the building’s rich history and architectural heritage, dating back to 1908 and 1934, demonstrating how thoughtful adaptive reuse can give existing buildings new life.
