Reduction Roadmap presented to the Parliamentary Housing Committee
Reduction Roadmap presented to the Parliamentary Housing Committee

We are proud and excited to have had our baptism by fire as climate lobbyists!

The initiators of the Reduction Roadmap – EFFEKT Co-founder Sinus Lynge, Mikkel Schlesinger from CEBRA and Steffen Maagaard from Artelia met with Lars Autrup from the Architects' Association to speak to the Parliamentary Housing Committee, which determines the climate requirements for Danish construction.

The meeting led to a fruitful discussion of how the construction industry can contribute to achieving the goals of the Paris Agreement through a reduction of CO2 emissions. The Reduction Roadmap paints a concrete picture of the path towards the goal, which has the potential to form part of the basis for the next revision of the building regulations in 2025.

Thank you to the Architects' Association for organizing the meeting.
