As part of the transformation of the former Royal Veterinary and Agricultural College's campus area in Frederiksberg, EFFEKT is undertaking the renovation and transformation of the original ‘Serumlaboratorium’ a research laboratory for infectious animal diseases established in 1906 in the above-pictured building completed the same year by architect K. Varming. The building will be transformed into 18 dwellings of various sizes, preserving as many of the original details and ornamentation as possible and with great respect to the cultural heritage.
