EFFEKT with collaborators Bascon and Friis & Moltke is one of five teams to make a proposal for renovation of 350 apartments in a Danish neighbourhood in Herning called Fruehøj. The buildings are from the 1950's and EFFEKT's role will be to develop visionary architecture, social and cultural strategies benefitting from our solid experience with renovations in social housing areas.
