EFFEKT will be leading the team consisting of Karres+Brands, ALECTIA, WTM Engineering, K. E. Andersen Analyse & Strategi and EDC Erhverv, in a high profile competition for a new station area development in the central part of Roskilde. The objective is to reconnect the divided downtown area across the railroad yards and develop a new vibrant, attractive and sustainable urban area containing retail, commercial areas, offices and residential, that also can serve as a bridge between the northern and southern part of Roskilde City and contribute to a dynamic center.
