Living Places Copenhagen receives MIPIM Award
Living Places Copenhagen receives MIPIM Award

At the MIPIM 2024 conference in Cannes, Living Places Copenhagen was awarded with the MIPIM Award in the Best Residential Project category for seeking to enhance the built environment’s prospects, in line with ESG goals.

Sinus Lynge from EFFEKT took the stage to accept the award together with Steffen Maagaard from Artelia and Line Thorup Schultz from VELUX.

Living Places Copenhagen, developed in partnership with VELUX Group, Artelia Denmark and Enemærke & Petersen, showcases an innovative way to build homes with a three times lower carbon footprint and a first-class indoor climate. The vision of the overall concept is to lead the way within the building industry and demonstrate how rethinking the way we design, build and live can help solve some of the global climate and health challenges.

Thank you to MIPIM and the jury for recognizing Living Places Copenhagen and to our partners for the collaboration.
