The 56th installation of #camerasanddancers at the Camp Adventure Forest Tower brought the dancers of the Royal Danish Ballet on top of the iconic structure for a sunrise photographic session.
American choreographer and artistic director Jacob Jonas initiated #CamerasandDancers is an Instagram project that brings together photographers, dancers and organizations to create content that merges dance, photography and architecture seamlessly.
Initiated through “Jacob Jonas The Company”, Jonas´ eponymous Los Angeles based dance company founded in 2014, the events are now being held around the world hosted by leading institutions such as the Kennedy Center, The New York Public Library, The Royal Ballet, the Miami City Ballet and the J. Paul Getty Museum.
The 56th event was co-hosted by Royal Danish Ballet, Jacob Jonas The Company, EFFEKT Architects, Camp Adventure and Mette Willert.
