EFFEKT has been commissioned to design a new green development in Bengaluru`s district of Whitefield, also known as "The Silicon Valley of India". The area of 50.000 m2 will be transformed to host a mixed program that includes offices, retail spaces, apartments and various leisure and public spaces, as well as sport facilities. The design project will focus on sustainability and the preservation of the local natural resources, together with the minimization of the building footprint to enhance the green identity of the area.
