From 81 project nominations, Rosenhøj was yesterday selected winner of the large Danish award, RENOVER prisen's special anniversary price for social housing areas, Jubilæumsprisen. Rosenhøj is a holistic and sustainable transformation of a social housing area in Viby Syd, Aarhus, DK. EFFEKT with Arkitema and Viggo Madsen won the competition in 2011 and the transformation is now completed, with official inauguration, September 9th 2017.
