Lolland Sydkyst
Lolland Sydkyst is a strategic development plan for the southern coast of Lolland, to enhance the tourism potential along the 70 km long coastline from Nakskov to Hyllekrog - the longest south-oriented beach in Denmark.
The plan is to form a new beach park in the proximity of Rødbyhavn, creating a new attractive area where the new coastal landscape, the existing landscape qualities, and future tourism development can blend.
With a width of 300 meters and almost a length of 3 km, the new park will have a variety of beaches and recreational activities programmed to create a natural connection between the landscape and the future developments, where the Natural Beach, the Laguna, The Activity Beach, The Coastal Bath, and the Inner Harbour each set a direction for the future development.
