Klimatorium
All users under one roof
It is the vision of the Climate Center to unite universities, companies, the public sector and civil society.
We have designed a building that supports the synergy between the different users through close spatial relationships across the house's various activities.
We have emphasized robustness and flexibility in the organization of office space and common facilities in order to be able to meet development and new opportunities for life synergy, activities and events.
A house that grows out of the landscape
The klimatorium grows - literally - directly out of the local environment and landscape. The slope of the roof surface floats along with the square in front of the house, which flows further down to the fjord, just as the moraine landscape flows along with the beach bed that becomes the fjord.
For the guests, this means that the experience landscape and the house become one and the same destination.
