EFFEKT is looking for 4-6 talented architecture or urban planning students to join our team as interns in the fall semester of 2016.
The internship starts in early August 2016 and runs until the end of January 2017. The internship is only offered to students enrolled in an accredited university throughout the entire duration of the internship.
As an intern at EFFEKT you will be part of a dynamic and
international environment, working closely with competent and
ambitious colleagues in the fields of architecture, landscape design and urban planning.
Throughout the internship you will take part in different design and
planning teams and be involved in all stages of the design processes,
from analysis, concept development, sketching, detailed design, model
making and client presentations.
EFFEKT is an architectural collaborative based in Copenhagen,
Denmark operating in the fields architecture, planning, urban
space, landscape design and research projects. The company was
established in 2007 and currently employs 36 full time staff under
the creative direction of the two Partners Tue Hesselberg Foged
and Sinus Lynge. As part of the new generation of Danish architects
revitalizing the Nordic tradition, EFFEKT in recent years distinguished
themselves on both the national and international scene through
highly profiled and award winning projects. Among the most famous
projects can be mentioned the masterplan and transformation of the
social housing area Gellerup, DK, the GAME Streetmekka culture and
sport facility in Esbjerg, DK, the Music Plaza public event space in
Copenhagen, DK and Livsrum cancer counselling center in Næstved,
DK, which has been awarded ”Building of the year” by ArchDaily.
